一、適用范圍：Scope of application

二、特點：Features

1.輸送器與物料接觸部位，采用不銹鋼材料制作，其速度為無級調(diào)速，保證各種規(guī)格料條的出條速度。

2.采用光電傳感器控制切條長度，保證藥條長度一致，每條制品數(shù)量恒定，藥頭短小，且藥頭與成品分流，免去在成品中挑選藥頭。

3.采用間歇運動機械手（ZW-369S為氣缸控制）切推料條，結構緊湊。

4.電氣系統(tǒng)采用PLC控制，設置更方便快捷。（ZW-369S）

5.采用高精度CNC數(shù)控中心制作搓丸輥，以保證動輥和固定輥的分切間距在允許偏差內(nèi)。

6.采用標準和專用機電元件，一旦發(fā)生故障可及時在市場和我公司采購，減少停產(chǎn)損失。

7.采用不銹鋼板整機封閉，無污染，易清潔，符合GMP要求。
