1. 鍋爐設計及制造質量均遵照滬質技監特（2003）文件附件2（小型和常壓熱水鍋爐驗收條件）及《小型和常壓熱水鍋爐安全監察規定》有關規定。 2. 鍋爐所用受熱面材料和焊條焊絲均有質量證明書。 3. 鍋爐所用的鋼材應GB700和GB 8163的規定。 4. 鍋爐焊接必須由培訓考試合格焊工擔任。 5. 鍋爐應有自動保護裝置。 6. 應符合GB1576-2001工業鍋爐水質。 |

The boiler design and manufacturing quality should follow relevant regulations of Hu Zhi Ji Jian Te (2003) attachment 2 -- Acceptance Conditions for Small-scale and Normal Pressure Hot Water Boilers and Provisions on the Safety Supervision over Small-scale and Normal Pressure Hot Water Boilers. 2. The heating surface material, covered electrode and welding wire of the boiler should all have quality certificates. 3. The steel materials used for the boiler should accord with regulations of GB700 and GB 8163. 4. The boiler should be welded by the welder who has been trained and qualified through examination. 5. The boiler should be equipped with automatic protection device. 6. GB1576-2001 industrial boiler water quality should be reached. |
