槽式打漿機 vat beating machine 設(shè)備簡介 zdc系列槽式打漿機，是一種以定刀距操作叩解纖維的間歇設(shè)備，用于制漿造紙企業(yè)對蒸煮粗漿及細漿的洗滌、打漿。 本設(shè)備是臥式環(huán)形漿池，為雙溝槽鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，窄溝為回流，寬溝安裝有飛刀輥，刀輥后有一山形部，利用飛刀輥回轉(zhuǎn)的離心力，把漿料拋射過山形部，獲得位能達到漿料的循環(huán)。 本設(shè)備由主電機通過三角皮帶輪帶動裝于漿池內(nèi)的飛刀輥，底刀裝于飛刀輥的下部固定于漿池內(nèi)。飛刀輥可根據(jù)打漿的要求由手輪通過渦桿、渦輪、絲桿調(diào)節(jié)于底刀的間隙，底刀前面有一沉沙溝以供清除重雜質(zhì)。 本設(shè)備有兩組洗鼓裝置，以供漿料洗滌之用，洗鼓的傳動和升降裝置由飛刀輥軸端通過帶動，由離合器操作手柄控制。 本機配有放漿閥及放污閥。 the zdc series of vat beating machine is a kind of intermittent equipment, used to wash boiled coarse syrup and knock to disperse syrup. this equipment is the lying cycle the syrup pond and a pair of grooves reinforced concrete structure, the narrow ditch is reflux, the breacth ditch installs the flying knife roll, the mountain behind the knife roll .making use of the centrifugal force that the flying knife roll turns round, to throw the syrup over the mountain form department that ecquires energy to attain the circulation. the main electrical engineering passes the triangular leather wheel to arouse the flying knife roll inside the syrup pond, the bottom knife is installed under the flying knife roll and fixed inside the syrup pond .fly the knife roll can according the request pass the rubine weld、the silk weld to regulate the cleft of the bottom knife, front of the bottom knife a sand ditch can clear the heavy impurity. it has two suits washing drum equipment .the clutch handle can control the transfer and rise-fall of washing drum. this machine establishes a set ofdump valveand wastewater. 主要技術(shù)參數(shù)main technical parameter
