 3PE防腐層通常采用液體環氧或熔結環氧粉末作底漆，我廠采用熔結環氧粉末作底漆。環氧粉末通過靜電直接涂敷在鋼管表面, 其作用是與共聚物膠粘劑形成化學粘接, 具有you秀的耐腐蝕和抗陰剝離的性能。中間層為共聚物膠粘劑, 起到與底層環氧粉末和外層聚乙烯防護層粘接的作用，它與環氧粉末底層有好的化學粘合力, 能夠抵抗土壤運動、溫度變化引起的剪切力。外層為高密度聚乙烯防護層，具有優良的抗潮氣性能，可以保護環氧粉末底層及膠粘劑層。這樣組成的三層結構具有耐化學腐蝕和良好的抗沖擊性能。 

 當地另一家鋼廠，合資企業，生鐵年產能近700萬噸，生產裝備有燒結機4臺，其中600㎡的1臺、180㎡的兩臺、132㎡的1臺，可燒結1000萬噸礦石，另有10㎡豎爐兩座，年產球團礦120萬噸。同時，鋼廠擁有兩座2300立方高爐、4座450立方高爐、4座120噸轉爐，5座精煉爐、3臺板坯連鑄機、1臺方坯連鑄機，鋼材年產能600萬噸。另外，還擁有兩條板材生產線，其中，中板年產能120萬噸，寬厚板年產能240萬噸;3條線材生產線，年產能240萬噸。“今年鋼材銷售良好，下游主要以鋼結構、管線、橋梁、造船、風電、工程機械為主，上半年訂單數量一直呈增加趨勢，當前，訂單已經排到11月底。銷售上采用鎖價模式，以銷定產。其中，70%銷往周邊，30%南下。”上述鋼廠相關人士說。
  期貨日報記者在調研中得知，目前，不少鋼廠處于滿產狀態。調研的企業，均已上馬環保設備，所以并未受到環保限產影響，多數企業在廢鋼使用比例上反而出現增長，以至于今年產量普遍高于去年。11月開始，北方需求將快速下滑，鋼廠預計，10月中旬啟動的北材南下，數量同比增長5%左右。
  國投安信期貨黑色首席分析師曹穎認為，北材南下的根本驅動是鋼材市場區域間表現存在差異，只要南北價差足夠大，能完全覆蓋運費及其他雜費，鋼材就會自北方市場部分流向南方市場。最終，促使區域間價差縮窄至合理水平。
