MONEL? 67焊絲AWS A5.7，ERCuNi隨貨質(zhì)保書UNS C71581 MONEL 67焊絲主要用于氧乙炔焊、熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊、鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)焊以及埋弧焊焊接MONEL450合金以及其它銅鎳合金。如果事先用NICKLE 61鎳焊絲做打底襯層，那么MONEL 67焊絲也可用于鋼的堆焊。如果要將這種焊絲用于埋弧焊接，可先用MONEL 60焊絲做打底襯層。用MONEL 67焊絲埋弧焊時(shí)，須選用INCOFLUX 8埋弧焊劑。 銅鎳焊接材料具有突出的低抗海水侵蝕的性能，所以被廣泛應(yīng)用在海事作業(yè)和脫鹽淡化的場(chǎng)合。
MONEL 67焊絲可以用于異種材料的焊接，如MONEL系列合金、NICKEL200合金與銅鎳合金的焊接。
