The welding of titanium and carbon in weld metals causes the carbon to be reduced to a lower level, so this electrode can be used for the welding of Nickel 201. Weld metal has excellent corrosion resistance, especially corrosion resistance of alkali metal. This electrode can also be used for welding of heterogeneous materials, including the welding of Nickel 200 alloy and Nickel 201 alloy, and welding of various iron and Nickel base alloys. The Nickel 141 electrode is suitable for all position welding.
