工藝流程簡介 

生活污水首先流至粗、細格柵去除粗大懸浮物及漂浮物后流入集水池，集水池出水經(jīng)泵（考慮來水埋深可能較深，故設置提升泵）提升至調(diào)節(jié)池，在池內(nèi)進行均質(zhì)、均量的調(diào)節(jié)，出水經(jīng)提升泵提升至生化系統(tǒng)（缺氧池+接觸氧化池），在缺氧內(nèi)進行反硝化，通過反硝化細菌將污水中的硝態(tài)氮（包括接觸氧化池混合液回流中的硝態(tài)氮）轉(zhuǎn)化為氮氣，在接觸氧化池內(nèi)通入空氣，以滿足好氧菌對氧氣的需求，同時通過空氣攪拌使池內(nèi)污泥與污水充分混合，增加污水與好氧菌接觸機率，促進水中污染物的降解，較快去除水中污染物質(zhì)；好氧池內(nèi)的出水自流進入二沉池，進行泥水分離；二沉池上清液經(jīng)消毒后達標排放。 

二沉池的污泥排至污泥濃縮池，經(jīng)濃縮后送至帶式壓濾機脫水；脫水污泥外運處置，污泥濃縮池上清液和帶機壓濾液回流至集水池。

水處理是指為使水質(zhì)達到一定使用標準而采取的物理、化學措施。飲用水的最低標準由環(huán)保部門制定。工業(yè)用水有自己的要求。水的溫度、顏色、透明度、氣味、味道等物理特性是判斷水質(zhì)好壞的基本標準。水的化學特性，如其酸堿度、所溶解的固體物濃度和氧氣含量等，也是判斷水質(zhì)的重要標準。

水處理目的是提高水質(zhì)，使之達到某種水質(zhì)標準。按處理方法的不同，有物理水處理、化學水處理、生物水處理等多種。按處理對象或目的的不同，有給水處理和廢水處理兩大類。給水處理包括生活飲用水處理和工業(yè)用水處理兩類; 廢水處理又有生活污水處理和工業(yè)廢水處理之分。其中，與熱工技術(shù)關(guān)系特別密切的有從屬于工業(yè)用水處理范疇的鍋爐給水處理、補給水處理、汽輪機主凝結(jié)水處理以及循環(huán)水處理等。水處理對發(fā)展工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，保護人類環(huán)境、維護生態(tài)平衡具有重要的意義。

Brief introduction of process flow
