In order to reduce the installation difficulty and improve the universality of the temperature measuring system, a wireless temperature measuring system is designed. The temperature measuring system consists of a master temperature collecting unit and a slave temperature sensing unit. The master temperature collecting unit communicates with the slave temperature sensing unit through radio frequency (RF) wireless mode. This paper introduces the overall scheme design, hardware design, software design and shape structure design of the system. The system is easy to install, can adapt to different equipment, and has the characteristics of low power consumption, easy maintenance. Key words: temperature measurement system; Low power consumption; RF wireless moduleIn high-voltage substations, due to aging of equipment and excessively high temperature of joint of transmission line, fire or explosion and other accidents are often caused. The traditional manual temperature measurement is not only labor-intensive, but also prone to the phenomenon of missed measurement and false alarm, which can not realize the protection of high voltage substation. Therefore, this paper introduces wireless communication technology into the temperature measurement of high voltage substation, analyzes the wireless temperature measurement early warning system, and tries to provide feasible suggestions for it.
